6-8 Flour Tortillas

Cooking Directions:
In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs until consistent. Add crumbled bacon. Set aside. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and let it get hot, add egg, bacon mixture, cook and stir the eggs until they are completely set up in pan. Once set add cheese, salt and cayenne pepper. Once eggs are done Place tortillas in oven for a few minutes or microwave to get warm and soft. Put eggs onto tortillas and fold like a soft taco. Top with the optional ingredients if desired.
