2 Pounds Boneless Pork Butt Or Shoulder
1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
4 Large Zucchini, Sliced Or Cubed
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
2/3 Cup Corn Kernels
8-10 Flour Tortillas
Table Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
2 Cups Cold Water

Cooking Directions:
Add the oil to a large saucepan or skillet and add the pork, Brown the pork evenly on all sides. In a large mixing bowl add the zucchini, onion, hot and worcestershire sauce, mix well and add that to the saucepan with the pork. Add salt and pepper. Cover the ingredients with the water and cook for 15 minutes on medium high heat. During last 5 minutes add the corn. Serve with warm tortillas.
