1 1/2 Cups Refried Beans
1 Can Tomato Paste
2/3 Cups Bell Peppers
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Taco Seasoning Package
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Bag, Plain Tortilla Chips Strips
1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Cooking Directions:
Cook the pork in a slow cooker for tender result. Shred the pork and set aside. In a large saucepan add all the ingredients except the chips and cheese. Simmer the saucepan on medium high heat for 10-15 minutes. make sure the pork is heated all the way thru before serving. Add chips to a large dish and top with pork mixture. Add cheese to dish and enjoy.
