Ingredients:
1 Pound Pork Tenderloin
5 Slices Honey Bacon, Crumbled
1 Habanero Chile, Roasted, Peeled
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Oregano
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Red Bell Pepper Cut In Strips
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
4 Cups Of Cabbage, Coarsely Chopped [Optional]

Cooking Directions:
Take your pork and cut in into very thin strips. Now in a large mixing bowl ad the pork bacon and Chile together and mix. Set aside. In another large skillet add oil, cumin, oregano and garlic and cook over medium high heat. Add bell peppers and chopped onions. Cook and stir about 4 minutes until glazed and crispy. Set aside. Now stir fry the pork bacon and Chile in that same skillet used for the others for another 3-4 minutes. Bacon should be crisp and pork tender. Combine all the food and heat till your food is cooked through. Serve with white rice and enjoy.
