4 Pounds Pork Butt Or Shoulder Or Fresh Ground Pork
2 Tomatoes, Chopped
15 Small Green Chile's, Sliced
1 Large Jalapeno, Diced
2 Tablespoons Cumin Seeds, Toasted
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon
1 Teaspoon Cayenne
Table Salt
1 Pound All-Purpose Flour
16 Cups Cold Water
4 Large Onions, Chopped

Cooking Directions:
Brown the pork in a large skillet once done, combine all ingredients except flour to a large soup pot. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Now add flour to water and cook an additional 30 minutes. Taste, and add salt or pepper. Add more Cayenne pepper if you like it spicy.
