2 1/4 Pounds Ground Pork
1/2 Pound Pork Fat, Cubed
1/2 Cup White Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon Fine Table Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Prague Powder Number 1

Cooking Directions:
In a large mixing bowl add the sugar, salt and prague powder and blend well. Now take your ground pork and add seasoning mixture and mix together well by hand. Now fill each casing until they are full. Place each casing in the sun for about 3 hours, then move to the refrigerator. Let marinade or set in fridge for at least 4 days. Once done marinated it will be ready to cook. To cook submerge the sausages in at least 1 inch of water and boil until all water is gone. Now transfer from pot to pan and cook until sausage is golden brown on all sides. Serve with rice and dipping sauce.
Note: When cooking in frying pan place foil in frying pan. Pan fry on top of the foil to save your cookware.
