2 Cups Fresh Shucked Corn Kernels
2 Celery Stocks, Chopped
2 Large Russet Potatoes, Cubed
1 Large Tomato, Chopped
6 Green Chile's, Deseeded And Chopped
4 Cups Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Ground Paprika
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Oregano

Cooking Directions:
In a Large skillet or Sauce pan you want to brown the pork all the pork on all sides until cook through. Use medium high heat for this. Now put all the rest of the ingredients in the pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with warm fresh Flour Tortillas for a wonderful dish.
