Spicy Mexican Torte

Ingredients:
1 Pound Homemade Chorizo Sausage, [See my Homemade Chorizo Recipe]
1 Onion, Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
6 Green Chile's, Chopped
8-10 Flour Or Corn Tortillas
2 1/4 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Can Refried Beans Or Black Beans
5 Roasted Red Jalapeno Peppers, Peeled , Seeded, Chopped

Cooking Directions:
In a deep dish or skillet pan fry the chorizo with the onion and garlic over medium heat. Once done drain off grease and add Chile's. Set aside for later use. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large pie platter before baking. Put 2 Tortillas in the bottom of the pie plate add half of the chorizo mix to the dish. Top with half of shredded cheese. Layer 2 more tortillas and sausage mix, more cheese.  Now layer 2 more tortillas on top and spread beans over the tortillas. Cover beans with 2 more tortillas and top those tortillas with the peppers. Place the 2 remaining tortillas on the peppers. Spread remaining sausage mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake this pie in the oven for 40 minutes. Uncover dish and bake 15 minutes till center is done. Let set for 10 minutes before slicing.
