Ingredients:
1 Pound Lean Pork , Coarsely Chopped
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Small Onion, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tomato, Chopped
1/2 Cup Olives
1 Apple, Peeled, Cored And Chopped
1/4 Cup Almonds Slivered
1/4 Cup Raisins, Plumped In Hot Water And Drained
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Pinch Ground Cloves
Pinch Salt and Pepper

Cooking Directions:
Place meat in a skillet and add boiling water to barely cover. Cover and cook until tender, then uncover and cook over medium heat until the liquid has evaporated. Add oil and saute onion and garlic until soft. Add tomato, olives, apple, almonds, raisins, cinnamon and cloves and cook, stirring for 5-6 minutes. Check to make sure the seasoning is balanced, add salt or pepper to even.
